1. Sponsor:
The Zweigle’s Ultimate Tailgate Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Zweigle’s, Inc., 651 Plymouth Ave. N. Rochester, NY 14608 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility:
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Entry Period:
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00AM January 17, 2025, and ends at 12:00AM March 1, 2025 (the “Entry Period”).
4. How to Enter:
To enter, complete the survey found at https://zweigles.com/ultimate-tailgate-sweepstakes/ landing page.
5. Prizes:
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:
- Six (6) months’ supply of Zweigle’s hot dogs, equivalent to thirty (30) packages, Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $400
- One (1) tailgate grill, ARV: $150
- One (1) Zweigle’s grill tool set, ARV: $25
- One (1) Zweigle’s patio umbrella ARV: $225
Total ARV of all prizes: $800.
6. Winner Selection:
The Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about March 15, 2025 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Notification:
The potential winner will be notified via email or phone within five (5) days of the drawing. The winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification and may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release, or other documents as determined by Sponsor. Failure to comply within the specified time frame may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
8. General Conditions:
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
9. Taxes:
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
10. Governing Law:
The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11. Privacy:
Personal information collected will not be shared or sold.
