Sausage Skewers

Here in Rochester, we’re constantly awaiting grilling season! Our sausage skewers are perfect once it’s time to pop open that grill. The possible vegetable combinations are endless for your skewers, so we suggest using what’s in season for the best flavor. Switch up the type of sausage used for a delicious twist on this recipe!

  • 12 oz. Zweigle’s Smoked Polish Sausage
  • Assorted fresh vegetables (peppers, squash, onions, fennel, scallions, eggplant, mushrooms)


  1. Cut sausage and vegetables into bite size pieces.
  2. Place sausage and vegetables on skewers, alternating placement between meat and vegetables.
  3. Grill over medium heat until browned and heated through.
  4. Brush with olive oil or your favorite grilling sauce while cooking.
