- Assorted fresh vegetables (peppers, squash, onions, fennel, scallions, eggplant, mushrooms)
- Cut sausage and vegetables into bite size pieces.
- Place sausage and vegetables on skewers, alternating placement between meat and vegetables.
- Grill over medium heat until browned and heated through.
- Brush with olive oil or your favorite grilling sauce while cooking.
