• 3 lbs. of ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 1/4 lb. fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 1/2 lb. Zweigle's Italian Chicken Sausage, sliced on the bias
  • 10 oz. red wine vinaigrette
  • 1/8 oz. basil chiffonade
  • Cracked black peppercorn


  1. Place the tomatoes, sausage and mozzarella slices alternately on a plate with the basil in between each slice.
  2. Drizzle with the vinaigrette and season with salt and black pepper.
