- 3 lbs. of ripe tomatoes, sliced
- 1 1/4 lb. fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 1/2 lb. Zweigle's Italian Chicken Sausage, sliced on the bias
- 10 oz. red wine vinaigrette
- 1/8 oz. basil chiffonade
- Cracked black peppercorn
- Place the tomatoes, sausage and mozzarella slices alternately on a plate with the basil in between each slice.
- Drizzle with the vinaigrette and season with salt and black pepper.
