• 1 zucchini
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup roasted red peppers
  • 2 Zweigle’s All Natural Italian Chicken Sausages
  • ⅓ cup pesto sauce


  1. Chop off the ends of zucchini, and spiralize body into medium sized “noodles”.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Add zucchini noodles, roasted red pepper, and garlic to pan, stirring frequently.
  4. While zucchini is cooking, chop Zweigle’s Chicken Sausage into bite-sized pieces. Add to pan.
  5. Once zucchini has softened, slowly stir pesto into mixture.
