- 1 zucchini
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup roasted red peppers
- 2 Zweigle’s All Natural Italian Chicken Sausages
- ⅓ cup pesto sauce
- Chop off the ends of zucchini, and spiralize body into medium sized “noodles”.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add zucchini noodles, roasted red pepper, and garlic to pan, stirring frequently.
- While zucchini is cooking, chop Zweigle’s Chicken Sausage into bite-sized pieces. Add to pan.
- Once zucchini has softened, slowly stir pesto into mixture.
