Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Zweigle's All Beef Franks
  • 8 hot dog rolls
  • 2 tbsp. veg oil
  • 2 sweet onions, sliced into strips
  • 1 pkg. of cooked sauerkraut
  • Mustard
  • Ketchup

Instructions

  1. Griddle cook hotdogs until evenly browned.
  2. Place oil in frying pan and sauté onions until soft.
  3. Warm up sauerkraut.
  4. Steam the hot dog rolls.
  5. Place hot dog in roll and top with sauerkraut, onions, mustard, and ketchup.
