Make Your Own Charcuterie Board

We’re all looking forward to large gatherings with family and friends, date nights out on the town, and enjoying a meal again at our favorite restaurants. Even though we may still be far from those days, we’re hoping this recipe will help you enjoy a night in with your significant other or family. Whether you’re planning a family game night or a romantic date with your loved one, this Zweigle’s charcuterie board is the perfect snack or appetizer with the flexibility to keep all of your hungry people happy. Packed with protein, this cheese and meat board presents a different way to use products from one of your favorite local brands.


  • 3 Zweigle’s Italian Sausage links, sliced
  • ½ loop Zweigle’s Polish Kielbasa, sliced
  • 5-7 Mama Camardo’s Italian Style Meatballs in red sauce
  • 2-4 varieties of cheese
  • 2-3 varieties of crackers
  • Optional: grapes, mustard, dried cranberries, honey, olive oil, pesto.


  1. Slice Zweigle’s Italian Sausage and Zweigle’s Polish Sausage. Pan fry until edges are golden.
  2. Warm meatballs in a saucepan with your red sauce of choice.
  3. Cut cheese into thin slices.
  4. Place cheese and crackers on a large cutting board. Fill in empty space with sausages, garnishes, and optional dipping sauces. Put meatballs in a small bowl on the board with toothpicks.
  5. Enjoy!
