Easy Italian Sausage Panini

  • 1 ciabatta roll or 2 slices bread of your choice
  • 1 Zweigle's Italian Sausage
  • 1/4 cup pepper jack cheese
  • 1/8 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/8 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1/8 cup sweet onion


  1. Heat two Italian sausages (grill or pan fry)
  2. Slice Italian suasage into bite-sized pieces, and layer across one slice of bread/roll.
  3. Top with peppers, onions, and cheese.
  4. Combine with second slice of bread and use panini press to cook until cheese is melted and bread well toasted.
