- 1 lb. Zweigle's Texas Pop Open or Skinless Texas Hot Dogs
- 6-8 hot dog rolls
- 1/2 cup of onions
- Jar of meat hot sauce
- Grill hot dogs, turning frequently until lightly charred and casing splits (if using pop opens).
- Lightly steam the rolls.
- Heat up the hot sauce and then place over hot dog along with mustard and onions.
