- 1 lb. Zweigle's Texas Pop Open or Skinless Texas Hot Dogs
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 cups Cincinnati-style chili
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6-8 hot dog rolls
- Pre-heat grill on high.
- Grill hot dogs, turning frequently until lightly charred and casing splits (if using Pop Opens).
- Place hot dog in roll and spoon heated chili evenly on both sides of the bun. Top with cheese mustard and onions.
