• 1 package Zweigle’s Buffalo Chicken Sausage
  • ½ cup finely chopped onions
  • ½ cup finely chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 (14.5oz) can diced tomatoes (undrained)
  • ½ cup blue cheese dressing
  • ½ cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1 pound penne pasta
  • 8oz cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup mozzarella, shredded
  • 1 ½ cup sharp cheddar, shredded
  • Salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste
  • Green onions and blue cheese crumbles for garnish

  1. Prepare ingredients by shredding cheese, chopping onions and celery, mincing garlic, and cutting sausage into coins.
  2. In a large pot, bring chicken broth and tomatoes to a boil. Add pasta and cook covered until al dente according to box instructions, stirring occasionally.
  3. While the pasta is cooking, add oil to a large frying pan and cook onions, celery, garlic, and chicken sausage until sausage begins to brown and onions are translucent, about 7 minutes.
  4. Once the pasta is done cooking, add onions, celery, garlic, chicken sausage, cream cheese, sharp cheddar, mozzarella, Buffalo sauce, blue cheese dressing, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to pot and stir until well combined.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions and blue cheese crumbles and enjoy warm.
