4-Ingredient Corn Dog Muffins

In the spirit of good, hearty fall food, we’re sharing with you an easy appetizer idea that’s perfect for all of your fall parties. In fact, these corn dog muffins should take no more than 20 minutes to make, from start to finish. Cheers to less time in the kitchen, and more time enjoying the game!
  • Servings: 6 muffins


  • Small box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 2 Zweigle's red hots
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup milk


  1. Cut hot dogs into thirds.
  2. Add corn muffin mix, egg, and milk to a bowl and stir.
  3. Pour corn muffin mix into muffin tins, filling about 3/4 full, and add hot dogs.
  4. Bake in oven at 400 degrees until golden brown (about 10-15 minutes)
  5. Allow to cool, and serve with desired condiments.
