Easy Game Day Snack: 4 Ingredient Corn Dog Muffins

Football season is finally upon us. While we certainly love everything about this time of the year, from the fantasy drafts to the game day parties, one thing we always look forward to is…the food! After all, who doesn’t love the plethora of homemade dips, chili, casseroles, and more?

 

 

In the spirit of good, hearty fall food, today we’re sharing with you an easy appetizer idea that’s perfect for all of your fall parties. In fact, these corn dog muffins should take no more than 20 minutes to make, from start to finish. Cheers to less time in the kitchen, and more time enjoying the game!

Here’s how you can make this quick and delicious game day snack:

Ingredients (Makes 6 Muffins):

  • Small box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 2 Zweigle’s red hots
  • 1 egg
  • ¾ cup milk

Directions:

  • Cut hot dogs into thirds
  • Add corn muffin mix, egg, and milk to a bowl and stir
  • Pour corn muffin mix into muffin tins, filling about ¾ full, and add hot dogs
  • Bake in oven at 400 degrees F until golden brown (about 10-15 minutes)
  • Allow to cool, and serve with desired condiments
